Funded PhD Studentship – Addiction and At-Risk Youth

Applications are invited for a PhD research studentship in the broad area of Public Pedagogy through a multidisciplinary collaboration between Education, Psychology and Performing Arts funded by the Cass School of Education & Communities.  The post will be based in the world leading International Centre for Public Pedagogy (ICPuP) and linked with similarly leading edge research into Community Clinical Psychology and Digital Arts and Media.  

Our vision is to deliver excellent research that makes a difference to Technology Enhanced Learning, the Psychology of Addiction and Substance Misuse and Digital Media in the local, national and international context. The successful applicant will work in established research groups within the Schools and will become a member of an active and dynamic academic community.

Project Title:  Addiction, At-Risk Youth & Digital Media: Development & Evaluation of an Internet Radio Intervention to Reduce Substance Misuse among Excluded and Hard-to-Reach Youth
